Making Paper
One thing during these ‘Stay at home orders’ that I’ve learned and practiced is to use what you have and to simplify. The other day I wanted some funky simple paper that I could tear apart to use for collage. I couldn’t find what I needed so I quickly pulled out some old ink and made what I was looking for. Viola, your own paper great for use in art journals, cards or scrapbook pages. Materials I used included a handmade foam stamp, Glimmer Mist, paint brush, gelli plate, stencils, bird punch, rubber stamps, acrylic paint, brown paper bag, pastels India Ink, Tim Holtz Oxide spray and even a discarded…
