    How’ve You Bean? Card and Inquiry

    Truly . . . ‘How’ve You Bean?’ I haven’t blogged in a while. Our family went through some sickness, but we are back in the swing. We are working on taking care of ourselves. Thought I’d share a card I created with some fabulous Sizzix dies and other products. See a list below. I sent this card to our girl who is living her best life in Iowa.     Art Each Day Helps Stress Stay Away

    It’s proven that creating art helps to lower blood pressure and help stress. While it’s not 100%, creating does help! I’ve had stressors in my life recently and participating in the Index Card A Day challenge (ICAD) has helped me take even just a bit of time to create a small work of art.
