My Favorite Find at Pinner’s Conference ~ Loddie Doddie
So I shared a wrap up of the Pinner’s Conference here but I’m thrilled to share my favorite product find. Oh my do I love my Loddie Doddie Chalk Markers! Loddie Doddie is a young wonderful company. I can already tell that their founders and their way of business is warm and wonderful. Their product is amazing. When Matt welcomed me to the booth and put a marker in my hand, I was floored at the difference in the markers I purchase at my local craft stores. Loddie Doddie markers are creamy and smooth. There colors are saturated and they have a beautiful choice of palettes. My favorite color choice is the ‘Earth Tone Collection.’ The tips of the markers are also reversible. There’s nothing like these out there on the market and they are even available on Amazon. I was hoping to meet Amber, Matt’s wife. however she was busy overseeing Loddie Doddie classes. The booth was fresh, artsy and fun! Loddie Doddie was so well received at the Pinner’s Conference and really busy! People love the product and for good reason!
I was so excited about my markers that I woke up the next morning to create a quick sign on my rustic Loddie Doddie magnetic chalkboard! Either choice of boards are beautiful; rustic or Farmhouse. Loddie Doddie also carries these cute magnets for the magnetic boards. I can’t wait to play some more and I have some ideas brewing.
As I played, towards the end, I guess I created a technique using the luscious and saturated markers. After placing some color down on the board, while the chalk was still wet, I used a magic eraser (which can also be used to erase the board) and smudged the color. It creates a watercolor type look. You can see it in some of the leaves and the butterfly. I’ll certainly be trying that again.
These markers are amazing for many different projects; they work on mirrors, car windows, chalkboards and more. They aren’t your normal chalk markers and at an amazing price point unique to the market. Off to create with my Loddie Doddie dream markers!

MOM
When I walked out of the house and glanced over to see the “HELLO SPRING” sign sitting on our bench in the entryway, I was taken aback… it is much more beautiful in person
Then I went in to the kitchen and saw your “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” sign you created, it was astonishing. They really brightened my day. I know people are always asking you to make signs for their special occasions. They will be amazed at what these new markers do.
