    Touching Base

    I hope you all had a wonderful 4th celebrating the liberties we have. I’ve lived overseas so I can attest to freedom (or the lack there of it in some places in the world). It’s been a while since I’ve posted and I wanted to touch base. We have enjoyed festivities surrounding Independence Day. Prior to the 4th, Rodney and I headed to a Red, White and Blue themed cattle sorting event which was a blast. We’ve attended other events there, but this was fun with the patriotic theme.     The Making Season

    It is making season. One person that I hold dear and that is so good at making gifts is our girl, Abigail. She’s so thoughtful in the gifts she makes, and quite creative. I’m having a bit of a challenge finding pockets of time for me to make, but it’s still so important. It’s important to share your passion with others, do what you love and fill that soul bank.
