Yes, today is National Cheese Day. Cheese is one of my favorite foods. Glorious cheese. I thought I’d share some of favorite finds and cheeses that are readily available, at least in my corner of the world. Some great places to find amazing and unique cheeses include World Market, Pavilions, Trader Joes, specialized cheese stores known as cheeseries or fromageries. These are a few of my favorites.
