A Gift from the Girl
As some of you may or may not know, I have been struggling with pneumonia. I’m improving each day and so grateful.
While I was in the hospital and healing, our sweet girl crocheted this beautiful little purse for me. I love it and it was certainly a gift of love. Oh how I love our girl!
Have you created a gift of love lately? Received one? I’d love to know.

I did not know you were ill but am hoping you are now on the mend. What a thoughtful gift! I hope she is at home with you now. Family is important during these difficult times.

Cheryl, I am so sorry to hear you’ve been sick. I know you were in NOLA also. I will be praying for a quick recovery! Your Abby girl is so special, you are blessed. She learned from you both, how to love and show her love.
One of the girls at the end of our block had a birthday yesterday; her mama asked the neighbors to get into their cars and do a parade for her with much honking and waving. We did and handed them some homemade carrot/apple/zucchini muffins with candles on top! Haha. People can do so much with so little.
Love you, Little Sister!

Dear Cheryl …1st …that sweet little crocheted bag is just adorable! That was so special of your daughter to do! 2nd …I just recently had pneumonia the middle of January and was down for almost 4 weeks. And it took almost 4 weeks to gain my strength back up! And about 2 weeks to make it upstairs to my craft room! Just saying …hang in there …get lots of rest and drink lots and lots of water! I did a lot of utube binging, getting ideas when I felt half better. Take care, stay safe and hope your lots better soon.
Hugs, Suzy Q …oh …yes I’m trying to get caught back up on my card making …and plan on sending some stash to a cute family of 3 children to help pass some time for making cards.
