An Altered Walking Stick and a Brave Walk

It takes bravery to show up, to participate in life, to invest in others and put yourself out there allowing your heart to be vulnerable. It takes courage to go out into the world, to make your mark and walk the path you were made for. As Nike says, ‘Just Do It’ but that’s easier said than done. However, that’s where the treasure lies.

I know I’ve shared about Melody Ross’ course called “The Walk”. It’s a great one. You can check out more HERE.

In a couple, weeks, we head to the Brave Girl Symposium in Idaho for a few days, then up to Glacier National Park, up to Canada and then get Abby settled in Montana. I haven’t completely healed from my ankle surgery so I thought I needed a ‘walking stick’ for our adventures. I made a few additions to my walking stick and a reminder to be courageous when stepping into the purpose that I was meant for. My walking stick comes in three pieces which are placed together to make the one stick. So fitting, there are times I can’t walk alone and we are better together.

I just want to encourage you to take a step of courage. An adventurous life is waiting for you.

How will you create a reminder for yourself to push through the fear and step into your purpose?
