The Planner Society Crop Recap

Hello all,

Its been exactly a week since I attended the Planner Society Crop.  You probably saw a ton of photos surrounding this fun time.  It had been quite a while since I had seen Christy and what an amazing venue to attend.  This event was so much about amazing product and projects for your planner, giveaways, new friends and old, shopping, swag, swaps (planner gifts and planner goodies) and most importantly, investing in one another’s lives.

What an amazing community the planner community is.  Oh the friendships that were made!  Absolutely precious.  Since photos are worth a thousand words, I wanted to share several photos from this past weekend.  Enjoy!  I’ve made a gallery so just click on one of the photos and then arrow over to go on to the next and enjoy the view.

Not sure what creative planning is?  Maybe you’ve never heard of it?  Some other buzz words; Planners, Filofax, Traveler’s Notebooks, Memory Planning are also words that go hand in hand with creative planning.  In basic terms, creative planning is decking out your planner (which you keep track of appointments and to dos) by prettying it up with stickers, paper, washi tape, stamps, paint and more.  It’s so pleasant to look at!  It’s like mini-scrapbooking.

As well, be on the lookout for an article in one of the upcoming issues of Somerset life regarding more on planners.  Oh the love of planners!

    Cheryl,

Those pictures tell many thousands of words. You, obviously had a great time! I loved everything you shared about your fun day! I Have taken baby steps into the creative planner world. I have a planner by Stampin Up that I decorate with washi tape and stamps. I’m not ready to step it up to paint, but I am having fun with it.

I have enjoyed getting to have the copy of the Sommerset magazine, with your wonderful article in it, to look through over and over again! Your talent knows no end!

      Oh Marianne,
I wish you lived closer as you could join a few of us Fiskateers. You’re so sweet . . . I have another article coming out in Somerset Life in January on Creative Planning. You’re always so encouraging. I sure appreciate your friendship!
