    Making Paper

    One thing during these ‘Stay at home orders’ that I’ve learned and practiced is to use what you have and to simplify. The other day I wanted some funky simple paper that I could tear apart to use for collage. I couldn’t find what I needed so I quickly pulled out some old ink and made what I was looking for. Viola, your own paper great for use in art journals, cards or scrapbook pages.     I love the look of old things. I found an awesome old scrapbook at a sale for $5. The binding was hurting so I saved the front and back covers and added my own pages. I wanted to embellish it with old buttons but didn’t have ones that looked old enough. So . . . I made my own. Planning on making some yourself?
