As we are towards the end of the first month of a new decade . . . I’m reminded that ‘It’s Time to Fly.’ Now is the time friends! Move forward despite fear or even past defeat. Take a step when you know it’s good and move forward.
What and who we choose to place around us plays such a vital role in our lives and in our attitude. I encourage and remind you to ‘Surround Yourself with Beauty,’ whatever that looks like for you, as long as it’s good.
The quote of the week in my planner is one that offers wise words on taking a moment to enjoy what we are blessed with. As well, remember that ‘There’s only one you . . . ‘Be the best version of yourself.’
This next week in my creative planner looks like the below. Hoping for a wonderful week ahead. The quote for the week reminds me of my amazing and caring boss that we lost on December 30th. She cared so much for others and she will be missed. She certainly did the following and I hope to do the same . . . ‘Live gently on this earth.’

I have a planner dedicated to home; chores, appointments and more. I also have a planner at work that I keep track of my projects, lists, to dos and more. I just thought I’d share with you the planner I have dedicated for work. I created all the clips and shakers you see with the exception of the Starbucks clip. I just thought I’d share. Just a few shots from my planner . . . And then I found the cutest Happy Planner Notebook that I think I’m going to use as a scrapbook or travel journal. It is just so cute. I traded out the ‘grey’ rings for metallic pink and I love it. I couldn’t pass up the most adorable puffy stickers either that were 1/2 off. The notebook was 40 percent off. Too cute. I chose the Jane Davenport Planner as I love teal! I really try and make it my own and add little mixed media elements throughout the year. The holidays can almost be a blur because of the busyness that can come with the season. I want to make sure however that I enjoy the family time, the traditions and the giving season. One thing that helps me get a head start for the season is my planner; whether it’s a shopping list, keeping the festivities or appointments straight or just handling the everyday tasks.
